Big Cat has been commissioned to work with Volvo Penta UK –and we’re very excited about it!! As one of the world’s leading suppliers of marine, leisure and industrial engines & power systems, we will be working closely with Volvo Penta to assist with their marketing strategy for 2014 and beyond.

Big Cat will be completing a comprehensive marketing audit, including a situational analysis of the company and its present position. This will involve investigating strengths and weaknesses, as well as understanding Volvo Penta’s brand positioning within the current landscape. An in-depth study into their competitors will also be carried out, along with a stakeholder analysis, in order to recognise Volvo Penta’s target markets and opportunity for growth through communication.

Finally, the project will conclude in us reviewing all brand touch-points to improve upon and maximise over the upcoming year. The audit will be collated and incorporated into Volvo Penta’s marketing strategy with a view to grow the company.

Volvo Penta has been providing high quality, sustainable engines to the industrial and boating industries for over 100 years. Their innovation and diverse product range has contributed to their success, leading them to operate worldwide, and they now have over 4,000 dealers across 130 countries. Needless to say this project is a meaty and interesting one that we can’t wait to stick our teeth in to!
