Objective

• Create brand identities for each of Espace’s six sub-brand services
• Plan a top level 12-month marketing strategy
• To launch and provide continued marketing support for the Espace Express Service
• Test digital marketing methods such as Adwords and email marketing
• Support the overall business growth strategy with marketing and design expertise

Delivery

• Creating a brand identity for each service and ensuring that the sub-brands integrate with the wider brand
• Planning and implementing a marketing strategy which includes regular eDMs and email newsletters, direct marketing and Google adwords campaigns
• Providing data growth and segmentation advice to support the business growth strategy
• Analysing current web performance and suggesting improvements for the Espace website’s SEO (search engine optimisation)
• Creating designed internal marketing materials for use across the Espace brand, including new business presentation templates, employee communications and sales tools
